*Children's bunk room does not have an en suite.  Guests who sleep in the bunk room will have to share ensuites with one of the other three bedrooms.


*We are located opposite Bowland High School with Specialist Status in performing arts.  The school is located in the heart of the forest of Bowland and does not affect the holiday let in any way in terms of noise or any other disturbance. 

*Owners of the property live next door to the holiday let.
